Pebble is a tool for personal expense tracking and saving habit-building. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
We encourage you to consult a qualified financial advisor for decisions about your financial situation. Use of Pebble does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and us.
All content within the App — including the Pebble name, otter mascot, pixel-art assets, UI design, and software — is owned by or licensed to Pebble and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any Pebble branding, assets, or content without our prior written consent.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it at savewithpebble.com/privacy.
Pebble stores all data locally on your device and does not collect or transmit personal data to our servers.
The App may interact with third-party services including Apple Pay, iCloud, and iOS Shortcuts. Your use of those services is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies, not ours.
We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or data practices of any third-party services.
The App is distributed via Apple's App Store. Your download and use is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. Apple is not responsible for the App and provides no warranty in relation to it.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pebble and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, loss of savings, or financial decisions made based on information displayed in the App.
We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time. We will aim to notify users of significant changes where reasonably practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
